How long have you been with Anderson Behel and how many years of industry experience do you have?
14 years at Anderson Behel, but I have 40 years total in accounting and finance.
What do you do when you're not working at AB?
I am a life success consultant and I work with individuals and companies to help them with behavioral change.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking and we love our dog.
What are the 3 things you have on your bucket list?
1.) Visit Italy (especially Milan where we have adopted son) 2.) Host a seminar on a Mediterranean cruise that’s sold out! And 3.) See the wedding of my oldest son (age 50).
What sports teams do you follow?
49ers and SF Giants
What was the title of the last book you read?
Whale Done! by Ken Blanchard
We love comedies and our all-time favorite is Groundhog Day.

Cash, our 1.5-year-old rescue Spaniel Mix.

What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at AB and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
We lead with integrity and that affects everything we do here at Anderson Behel. David Mello our owner is honest and genuine and our customers, employees and vendors see it every day.
What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has AB reacted to these?
Changing from solvent paint to waterborne paint was a HUGE move for Anderson Behel, the collision industry and the environment. We changed to waterborne long before most California shops did, because we want to be as green and responsible as we can!
