A: Delivering a quality product. Explaining the repair process to our customers and gaining their confidence.
Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?
A: Mostly the materials and all the new technology. Our techs are always taking new training to stay ahead of all the new technology.
