Late last year, representatives from local Cadillac dealerships and managers from GM visited Anderson Behel to personally deliver a plaque to the shop in Santa Clara, CA for their Cadillac CT6 Certification.
David Mello, the owner of Anderson Behel has a wide range of vehicle repair certifications, but when the people from General Motors gave him his Cadillac CT6 Certification plaque, he was pleased to say the least.
"The presentation took place at Anderson Behel on November 3rd of last year," Mello said. "Note we were impressed by the presentation, because we are certified by several other automakers, and Cadillac is the only one to come to us to deliver the plaque, and arrive in force, with a manager from the local dealer, a manager from Cadillac, and three managers from General Motors. It took a lot of training and education to achieve this certification, and we had to get the proper tools to do the repairs, but it is worth it and surely a good thing for all of us at Anderson Behel.
