Q: Tell us about your views on customer service at Anderson Behel?
A: I like the personal touch that we give everyone, simple things like remembering a name, the smiles, caring and seemingly natural interactions that go on between the shop and its customers. As for me, I have always believed in the golden rule--people want to feel like they were heard and will be taken care of, and I believe that that can be achieved by treating others as one would like to be treated.
Q: What are some of the changes in the industry that you’ve encountered and how has Anderson Behel reacted/responded?
A: Change seems to be happening almost daily these days, and from what I have experienced here at Anderson Behel, I believe that it is the goal of everyone here to stay as updated and prepared to deal with the ever-changing challenges.
