Let’s Get to Know One of Our Master Body Techs: Pedro Elizondo
Q: How long have you been with Anderson Behel and how many years of industry experience do you have?
A: I started at Anderson Behel about 18 months ago, and I have 6 years of total experience in the automotive repair industry.
Q: What’s your favorite part of the job?
A: I like everything about this job, because I learn new things every day!
Q: What do you do when you're not working at Anderson Behel?
A: I love to watch my favorite teams (The Oakland A’s and the Oakland Raiders), because I am a huge fan.
Q: What are your major interests?
A: Right now, I am enjoying spending time with my two-year-old son. He is at such a fun age and I take him with me everywhere, including the Oakland A’s games and hiking all over the East Bay. I put him in a little backpack carrier and we go everywhere.
Q: What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?
A: 1.) Go to the Coliseum in Rome 2.) Sky Dive and 3.) Watch the Raiders as they win the Super Bowl!
Q: What sports teams do you follow?
A: A’s and Raiders
Q: What was the title of the last book you read?
A: The Warrior Within, about Bruce Lee’s philosophy
Q: Favorite movies?
A: I love animation, especially Rango
Q: Favorite TV Shows?
A: I watch a lot of animation with my son
Q: Favorite outdoor activities?
A: Hiking, camping and fishing
Q: Magazines or newspapers you read?
A: Chevy High Performance magazine
Q: If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?
A: The car I have owned since high school—a 1964 Chevrolet Super Sport Impala.

A: Chief Sitting Bull
Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Anderson Behel?
A: We always make the customer feel important here. We greet all our customers with a big smile at pickup and again when we drop off the vehicle. Mariah in the front office does an amazing job, following up with the customers and keeping them informed during every stage of their repair.
Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?
A: It’s been crazy and it’s even changing more, with all of these vehicles’ high-tech features, like navigation systems, accident avoidance systems, keyless systems—it’s amazing.
