Q: How long have you been with Anderson Behel and how many years of industry experience do you have?

A: 17 years at Anderson Behel and loving every minute of it! I have a grand total of 25 years in this industry.

Q: What’s your favorite part of the job?

A: I love it all. If you can have a job that you really enjoy, you’ll live longer.

Q: What do you do when you're not working at Anderson Behel?

A: Fishing in the lakes near where I live. I fish for bass, brown trout and stripers.

Q: What are your major interests?

A: Fishing, visiting interesting places and watching movies.

Q: What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?

A: 1.) Win the Lotto 2.) Fish in Alaska and 3.) Take the wife on a cruise

Q: What sports teams do you follow?

A: SF Gigantes, SF 49ers and the SJ Tiburones

Q: What was the title of the last book you read?

A: I read magazines like Sports Illustrated

Q: Favorite movies?

A: I like action films

Q: Favorite TV Shows?

A: Sports

Q: Favorite outdoor activities?

A: Fishing and camping

Q: If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?

A: Tesla Type S

A: The First Lady Michelle Obama

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Anderson Behel?

A: We really have a great team here. All of us work hard to do the best job we can in the South Bay.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?

A: The aluminum in these new cars, the technology, waterborne paint—there have been so many changes in 25 years!

A: I've been here at Anderson Behel for 23 years and I love it here!

Q: What do you do when you're not working at Anderson Behel?

A: I enjoy window shopping and walking, visiting friends.

Q: What are your major interests?

A: I like to fish in the ocean and in local lakes and rivers.

Q: What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?

A: 1.) Serve the Lord in everything I do 2.) Retire at some point and 3.) Fish more!

Q: Pets and their names?

A: I don't have any pets, but I like them.

Q: What was the title of the last book you read?

A: The last book I read was by Nicky Cruz, a respected evangalist

Q: Favorite movies?

A: I love action films and comedies.

Q: Favorite TV Shows?

A: Sports

Q: Favorite outdoor activities?

A: Walking and fishing.

Q: Magazines or newspapers you read?

A: San Jose Mercury News.

Q: If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?

A: I like Audis!

A: My best oldest friend, who lives in Mexico.

A: We do whatever it takes to make the customers happy.

A: We have a great team here, where everyone helps each other. No one here is selfish and we all work as a team.

Q: How long have you been with Anderson Behel and how many years of industry experience do you have?

A: I've been here at Anderson Behel for three years and I have 30 years industry experience. My favorite part of the job is working with the people here.

Q: What do you do when you're not working at Anderson Behel?

A: I enjoy spending time with my granddaughter, cooking and going to the local farmer's market when I'm not working.

Q: What are your major interests?

A: Cooking and baking.

Q: What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?

A: 1.) Spend more time with my granddaughter 2.) Visit China and 3.) Get more time to relax and enjoy life.

Q: Pets and their names?

A: I don't have any dogs right now, but my last two dogs were Mojo and Kiba.

Q: What was the title of the last book you read?

A: The last book I read was Romance of the Three Kingdoms, a Chinese historical novel.

Q: Favorite movies?

A: I love comedies.

Q: Favorite TV Shows?

A: News and Cooking Shows.

Q: Favorite outdoor activities?

A: Walking and going to Farmer's Markets.

Q: Magazines or newspapers you read?

A: Chinese newspapers and magazines.

Q: If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?

A: I would like to get an old-style British-made Jaguar, because it's so classic and so well-made.

A: My late father, who I enjoyed sharing everything with.

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Anderson Behel?

A: The personal touch that we provide to our customers, our friendly smiles, and our courtesy updates that help to make our customers less anxious during the repair.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?

A: We update our equipment and we're very focused on ongoing training.

AB-GaborHow long have you been with Anderson Behel and how many years of industry experience do you have?

9 years at Anderson Behel and I’ve been working in this industry since 1989.

What do you do when you're not working at AB?

Since April, I have been re-building my house. We’ve added two rooms and that’s been a big project.

Major interests?

I enjoy spending time with family and friends and I like going to wineries.

What are the 3 things you have on your bucket list?

Visit my family in Hungary. Retire when I can and raise my three-old daughter right and teach her how to live a good life.

What was the title of the last book you read?

I recently read a great book about Lojas Popp, an incredible Hungarian heart surgeon.

Favorite movies?

I love sci-fi movies and I just say The Rush, which was excellent.

Favorite TV Shows?

American Chopper, Property Brothers and cartoons that I watch with my daughter.

Favorite outdoor activities?

I love hiking, camping snow skiing and snowboarding.

If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?

Any type of Porsche.

If you could have lunch with anyone (dead or alive) who would it be?

Jesus Christ, because I have many questions for Him.

What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Anderson Behel and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?

We stress two things here—quality and customer support. We take pride in our work and that’s why we’re the best.

What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?

We use the newest equipment available and we’re always pursuing top training, through I-CAR.

A: I like everything about this job, because I learn new things every day!

A: During my weekends and on holidays and I enjoy spending time with my family.

A: Home improvement projects and shopping

A: 1.) Visit China 2.) Get a little puppy and 3.) Travel to various countries all over the world.

A: The last book I read was the Honda Accord Haynes repair manual

Q: Favorite movies?

A: I love all action and horror movies

A: Animal Planet, Cash Cab, Discovery Channel and Home Improvement

A: Yard work

A: San Jose Mercury News

Q: If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?

A: I would like to have a Hybrid SUV, because I want a spacious car that won’t use a lot of gas.

A: Lunch with my wife during a work day

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Anderson Behel?

A: Customer service is very important, which includes quality work and timely delivery.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Anderson Behel reacted to these?

A: The new technology has changed everything. Computerized replacing manual checking is a major part of that. Anderson Behel also provides us with great training, to update our knowledge.
